ASC Chapter 6 was
established in Chicago in 1945 by legendary breeders such as Cliff
Williams, George and Jan Commons, and others. It is currently the oldest
continuously active
chapter in the American
Singers Club.
 Chapter 6 hosts an annual American Singer
competition at the Comfort Suites in Oak Brook Terrace on the first
weekend in December. Many of the finest breeders in the Midwest
participate each year in this show and there are usually a number of
birds for sale for breeding stock or for pets. Check the website often for information about
